N4853F – Evil Eyes “00” Project (Dec. 12, 2025)

PAC once again partnered with the National United States Armed Forces Museum to repaint the following CH-46. December 12, 2025, the finished CH-46, also known as Evil Eyes, departed from the PAC facility in Burns Flat, Oklahoma, to its home base in Houston, Texas. PAC Hangar 234 Ribbon Cutting (Nov. 09, 2025)

11/09/2025 – PAC held a ribbon cutting ceremony for our narrow-body paint hangar. Hangar 234 will accommodate aircraft up to a 767-300 in size for paint. 11/09/2025 – PAC would like to thank the National United States Armed Forces Museum from Houston, TX. They went above and beyond showing up for our ribbon cutting event bringing not 1 but 2 CH-46 helicopters. Several people in attendance were given rides around the pattern in these amazing aircraft. Pictured here is HMX-1. PAC was given the opportunity to paint this aircraft for the NUSAFM.
11/09/2025 – A second CH-46 that the National United States Armed Forces Museum provided for the PAC ribbon cutting ceremony. Several people in attendance were given the opportunity to take a trip around the pattern in this aircraft.

10/23/2025 – PAC hosted the aircraft from Aero Flite during recent storm outbreaks.

December 2025 – In partnership with Blend Supply and Sherwin-Williams, PAC provided a new paint job for another CH-46 owned by the National United States Armed Forces Museum located in Houston, Texas. This video shows the paint process of this aircraft. December 12, 2025, the aircraft left for its home base in Houston, Texas.
Project HMX-1 (Oct. 2024): PAC is proud to present this documentary. We follow from start to finish the restoration of this very special CH-46. Restored to its former glory the aircraft is now stationed in The National United States Armed Forces Museum in Houston, Texas.

PAC created a timelapse video documenting the construction progress of our paint facility. Hangar 234 is a state of the art paint facility designed to house aircraft up to a B767-300 in size for paint.
November 5, 2025 PAC underwent certification testing for our foam system. This took place in our paint facility, hangar 234. The video was taken in real time demonstrating what a partial release from our foam system would look like.
