Job Summary
The Receptionist is responsible for welcoming clients and visitors and providing excellent customer service while in a fast-paced environment. The Receptionist will also perform clerical tasks to support daily operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors, verify their identification, and direct them to their destination
- Answer and transfer phone calls
- Take and ensure messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in a timely manner
- Answer general inquiries from clients and visitors
- Schedule meetings
- Collect and sort incoming/outgoing mail
- Make copies, fax, and manage office supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide clerical support to various team members as needed
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with company policies
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- The ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Job Type: Full Time
Pay $14/hr – $18/hr depends on experience
